The Global Investor Programme, administered by Singapore’s Economic Development Board (EDB), allows eligible global investors to apply for Singapore Permanent Residency by making a qualifying investment in the country.

Qualifying Investment Options

What is the Global Investor Programme?

Invest in a New or Existing Business Entity – Minimum SGD 10 million investment.
Invest in a GIP-Approved Fund – Minimum SGD 25 million investment in a fund that invests in Singapore-based companies.
Establish a Single-Family Office – Minimum SGD 200 million in assets under management (AUM) in Singapore.
